I am a firm believer that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Your mind deserves the care and attention you would give your physical health. Our mental health deserves a second opinion by leaving a therapist if it's not a good fit for you and finding one that is. You deserve to have a safe and healthy space for you to process your past, present and future. A place where you lead the direction of the conversation and present the goals you would like to achieve and areas you would like to work on. I am passionate about mental health and hope for others to experience a healthy professional relationship where they can freely and safely heal and thrive. BIPOC individuals, families and communities often don’t have access to mental health services let alone access to black clinicians who have similar experiences or at least understand the experiences clients are referring to from a cultural standpoint. My hope for you is that you will begin your healing journey this year and give yourself the quality of life you deserve by making the necessary changes and adding the resources you need in your life in order to fully thrive.
